  • Job Description

    - Coordinate in and manage R&D activities
    - Handle new design and improve formula to meet customer's specifications
    - Handle mixing process and maintain good quality of compound
    - Research and develop new products and control all formulations
    - Set up the standards of all incoming raw materials that used in the compound process
    - Develop cost saving and control the production process to reduce rejected parts, waste and cost
    - Formulate planning, direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop the competencies of subordinate officers

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Science in Rubber Technology, Polymer, Chemical or a related field
    - Work experience, more than 3 years, in the manufacturing or rubber industry is an advantage
    - Good knowledge of mixing process, research and development process
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate level)
    - Good communication and presentation skills
    - Creative, innovative and positive thinking
