  • Job Description

    - Act as the Help Desk and provide technical support
    - Provide support to internal users at Rasa office and branch
    - Install and configure computer hardware operating system and applications
    - Set up and maintain server and network (router, firewall, VPN, access point, switching, etc.)

    - Maintain and monitor room server (air condition,electric, temperature, etc.)
    - Troubleshoot system and network problems such as diagnosing and solving hardware or software errors
    - Monitor system & network and backup data
    - Control IT assets, maintain records of computer asset (Administrator for AD, emails, and Antivirus)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male / Female age not over 35 years
    - Bachelor’s degree in related field
    - Have experiences 2years over in IT is advantage
    - Need use SQL,Crystal Reports
    - Good verbal and written communication skill in English
    - Can work Under pressure
