    <Lawyer>
    *Checking client contracts(Registration, VISA, BOI etc,)
    *Advice to client by technical law knowledge
    *Take care Japanese company or Japanese who live in Thailand.
    Such us cases of indemnity,defamation etc
    *Research the law when client want to start business
    Client: 99% Japanese company or Japanese

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai nationality, age between 30-35
    - Must have a Lawyer's License and 3-5 years experience
    - Good understanding of the company's profile
    - Must have experience of legal check in contracts and document
    - Ability to negotiate with clients is much preferred
    - Ability to communicate in English (Business level)
    - Able to start working in July or August 2019
