  • Job Description

    - Issue suppliers' PO & AX’s PO
    - Obtain order confirmation from suppliers (and double-check)
    - Update and monitor prices and conditions
    - Prepare and recheck CBD & quotation
    - Follow up materials and negotiate with suppliers/exporters to expedite shipments
    - Determine shipping methods to meet customer’s requirements (bulky vessel, container or air shipment)
    - Check the availability of alternative materials
    - Control delivery allowance to keep an appropriate stock level
    - Formulate planning for shipments (domestic delivery)
    - Gather and summarize shipping advice for evaluation
    - Support import process by cooperating with procurement control & logistics team for any urgent shipments

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    -Male/Female, age not over 30 years old
    -Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    - Sales coordinator experience or Procurement experience in Trading or Manufacturing comapny
    - Japanese N3 above
    -Good command in written and spoken English
    -Must have strong ability in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Working
