  1. Develop and deliver SE strategy that encompasses clear vision to reduce the number of injuries and accidents, and improve environmental performance through continuous improvement in order to succeed a zero loss.
  2. Manage all issue to comply with legal and corporate requirement (safety, environment, security and the system).
  3. Ensure that Safety, Environment and Security are fully taken into account of change management.
  4. Manage the risk of asset loss through enforcing business standard, policy, and practice.
  5. Create safety culture by ensuring that the system is active and appropriate training is conducted.
  6. Ensure that the site is optimized in term of emergency readiness.
  7. Control safety, environment, and security budget.
  8. Provide, maintain and develop Environmental system.
