    * Plan and control production activities, manpower and maintenance schedule
    * Follow up and motivate team to meet the targets
    * Improve the process for increase the productivity and reduce NG
    * Analyze and improve production process for cost down

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male – Female 30-40 year olds
    - Bachelor’ s Degree in engineer or relate field
    - Good knowledge in TPS, LEAN system
    - Good Knowledge about working with CNC machine
    - Strong in problems solving tool : fishbone diagram, why why analysis, 8D, FMEA
    Decision making and analytical skill
    - At least 5 years’ experience in production leader/asst. mgr./ mgr. of automotive parts
    - Good Knowledge in IATF, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
