  • Job Description

    - Managing HR Operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & Welfare
    - Formulating and implementing the HR Strategies, policies and systems that align with corporate policies
    - Controlling payroll & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company's policy
    - Monitoring performance management, improvement system, organizational development and salary structure
    - Preparing and implementing training road map as per job descriptions and the annual training plan
    - Supporting the implementation of HR projects, employee relations and communications
    - Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy
    - Supervising and coaching subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions. Conducting internal training to develop employees' fundamental skills and enhance their job performance

  • Requirement

    - Male/Female, Aged 35-43 years old
    - At least 5 years' experience in Human Resource Management, and Personnel and labor relations
    - Good command of English 3 up
    - Have knowledge of legal(checking contract and labor-management negotiations)
