1.Set company human resources management policy and strategy.
2.Oversees the full scope of human resources.
3.Provide and recommendation to other management on human resource management issues.
4.Execute and monitor activities on health, safety and environment affairs.
5.Enforce company working rules and regulations and ensure that these are up-dated.
6.Oversees development and monitoring of the human resources division budget.
7.Enforce and supervise the implementation of company communication system to ensure good relation
between employee and management or company.
8.Develop human resource development policy to enhance employee's skills and knowledge.
9. Management support to top management or other activities as needed.
- Male/female Age 40-45 years.
- Bachelor's degree or business management / human resources management
- 5 years Experience in Human resources management of Automotive Industry and Knowledge.
- Knowledge system ISO14001,IATF16949,VDA 6.3.
- Can communicate English language or Japanese language is preferable.
- Problems solving systematically and analytically.
- Develop human resource development policy to enhance employee's skills and knowledge.
- Can Work Under High Pressure and Good Responsibility.
- Self motivation, able to work under pressure, problems solving systematically and analytically.
