- Set up and operate machine, provide proper tooling and equipment to support manufacturing process
- Ensure production process are controlled to meet quality standard
- Continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time while maintain safety quality and cost
- Analyze root cause and lead production team for problem solving to present recurrences
- Provide training and coaching team to improve their competence levelEnglish Level
