  • Job Description

    1. Check the documents of selling tax invoice and other supporting to ensure properly approve by authorized person and comply to the Revenue Department regulation, record transaction comply the accounting standards
    2. Monitor bank statement and issue the official receipt for customer collection
    3. Prepare account receivable balance/account receivable overdue and report to sale department weekly and monthly
    4. Issue debit note and receipt voucher for other reimbursement
    5. Check the corporate card statement with the supporting documents and record transaction
    6. Record and reconcile Output VAT with VAT report (PP30)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Male or Female, Age between 22 -25 years old.
    2. Good knowledge of Accounting and Tax principle.
    3. Positive thinking, proactive and able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
    4. Good command of Computer literacy, Excel.
    5. Responsible for the assignment.
    6. Good command in speaking and writing English.
