  • Tcp/ip and Routing protocols (RIP,OSPF,BGP,EIGRP).
  • Familiarity with common network monitoring tools like openview,ciscoworks,cacti,solarwinds,whatsup, and MRTG.
  • Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Able to research into issue and products as required (self Study).
  • Ability to prioritize abd execute tasks in a hight-presure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Able to work everytime via mobile support whe incident occurred for co-ordinate and any support to team member. • Communication skill , Problem solving ,Negotiation skill, Service mind, Good team player, Logical thinking. • Good command of English skill and Fair Japanese
