  • Job Description

    - Ensure daily receipts (cash, credit cards, etc.), agree and tie with daily cash register settlement reports
    - Proceed and ensure completeness of documents submitted for the enrolment for both over the counter and online enrolment
    - Proceed the return and exchange of products in accordance with returns and exchange policies
    - Provide excellent customer service to distributors over the counter and phone calls
    - Perform other duties as assigned or needed in support of company objectives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai nationality, age between 22-29
    - Bachelor's Degree in any related field
    - Work experience, minimum 3 years, in customer service or call centre is preferable
    - Welcome New Graduates & Fresh Grads who are interested in customer service are welcome
    - Bilingual in English and Thai
    - Good attitudes in customer relations and recognizing values of frontline work
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work flexible hours
    - Monday-Friday, 11.00 am-8.00 pm (Saturday, 1.00 pm-5.00 pm)
